Dr. Miller and his staff take the time to talk with you regarding your dental health and goals. After your consultation, Dr. Miller will customize your dental care plan. He will make recommendations to meet your dental goals while keeping within your dental budget. We emphasize follow-up appointments and teach you preventative techniques you can do at home to help ensure a lifetime of healthy, beautiful teeth.

Dr. Miller continuously researches new technologies and attends several training seminars in cosmetic dentistry every year. Dr. Miller considers your appointment time to be a promise that he will provide you with the best in dental care at the scheduled appointment time, and that you will arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
For dental emergencies that occur during the normal workday, call us. Except for extreme circumstances, we should be able to work you into that day's schedule. For emergencies that occur outside of normal working hours, call our office for instructions on how to reach Dr. Miller.
Meet David Miller, DDS, PC
Dr. David Miller has practiced dentistry in Mt. Carmel since 1984. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1983, from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Miller graduated from the post-graduate program in Esthetic Dentistry at the UMKC Dental School in Kansas City, Missouri. He is also a graduate of the UCLA Aesthetic Continuum, a course providing in-depth instruction on the relationship between aesthetic and comprehensive dental care. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Miller is currently a staff member of Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel, Illinois.
Dr. Miller is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry (where he also has a fellowship), the Illinois Dental Society, the Wabash River Dental Society (where he was also past president), and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
He received his Bachelors degree in Chemistry and Biology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Dr. Miller is an alumnus of the L.D. Pankey Institute for Post-Graduate Studies, Miami, Florida, and an alumnus of the Center for Professional Development in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Miller is active in the community, and is a member of the C.A.R.E.S Council. He has served as president of the Mt. Carmel Rotary Club and president of the Wabash County Health Department. Dr. Miller is married to Barb and has four children.
Payment for dental services
Dr. Miller makes every effort to design a plan that provides you with healthy, beautiful teeth that takes into account any budget considerations you may have. Although we offer state-of-the-art dental technology and procedures, we make every effort to keep our dental care affordable.
We request payment at the time of service to cut down on costly billing. Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, and most insurance plans. Our staff will assist you with your insurance paperwork and with filing your claims. When insurance pays only a portion of your claim, we request payment of your share at the time of the dental service. For your initial visit to our office, we request full payment for that day’s visit.
